Can I still change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to change or cancel the order when the order has already been placed.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email. In this mail you can find a track and trace code where you can follow your order with until receipt.

What should I do if I have entered the wrong address?
We strive to deliver our orders as quickly as possible. When the wrong address is entered, you can contact us on the same day before 17:00 via e-mail; info@lleajewels.com.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business day(s). The shipping of your order depends on the country you are in:


Netherlands
The shipment of your order will take 1 to 2 working days.

Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain and Sweden
The shipment of your order will take 3 to 5 working days.

Other Europe
The shipment of your order takes 5 to 8 working days.

*These delivery times are an indication of the shipping time from the moment the order leaves our warehouse until the moment the order is delivered.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?
Netherlands
When you place an order for over €40,- you don't pay shipping costs. If you place an order for less than €40,-? Then there will be shipping costs added. The shipping costs are €3,95.

Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain and Sweden
When you place an order for over €60,- you don't pay any shipping costs. Do you place an order for less than €60,-? Then there will be shipping costs added. The shipping costs are €5,95.

Other Europe
If you place an order for over €80,- you don't pay shipping costs. Do you place an order for less than €80,-? Then there will be shipping costs added. The shipping costs are €12,95.


To which countries do you ship?
LLEA Jewels ships to all countries within the European Union. This means that we don't ship to any other countries. 

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email. In this mail you can find a track and trace code where you can follow your order with until receipt.

What about delivery times during promotions and holidays?
During promotions and holidays it is often busier than usual for the postal services. Despite the crowds, we do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible. Keep in mind during these days that your order may arrive a little later.


Returns

What is your return period?
We apply a return period of 14 days after receipt of your order.

How can I return a package?
A return form is included with your order. On this return form you can specify your order number, the order date, the name of the product, the quantity and the reason for the return. After completing the return form you can return the product in original packaging with the return form to the following address:

Please be aware that the costs of returning are for your own account. We recommend adding track & trace to the return, so the order doesn't get lost. If orders without track & trace get lost, you won't get a refund.

How can I exchange a product?
Would you like to exchange your order for an item of the same price? No problem at all! Please indicate this on the return form included with your order, so we can make sure that the new product will be sent to you. Is it a product with a different amount? Then you need to order the product again and the amount of the other product will be refunded.

Is it possible to return or exchange sale items?
Unfortunately it is not possible to return or exchange sale items.

How do I know if a product is back in stock?
It is possible that a product is sold out. Through the restock request of the product you can let us know that you want to order this product. This way we can keep you informed about when the product is back on sale.

I have ordered the wrong product and would like to change this, is this possible?
Unfortunately it is not possible to change your order once it has been placed.

How long do I have guarantee on my product?
We apply a guarantee period of 10 weeks after the purchase date of the product for serious discoloration of the jewelry and a guarantee period of 6 months after the purchase date of the product for other defects. Here you can read all about the guarantee on your jewelry.

Do I have to pay tax?
Every consumer in the Netherlands is required to pay tax. For luxury goods, so our jewelry, there is a VAT rate of 21%. This has already been calculated on our prices, so all prices include VAT which we pay to the Dutch government.


Care

How do I keep my jewelry beautiful?
On our materials and care page you'll find everything about how to keep your jewelry beautiful. With your order you'll also receive an information card with tips about the care of your jewelry.

Can I swim and shower with the jewelry?
Yes, this is possible. However, it is strongly discouraged because water can affect the discoloration of jewelry. If you choose to do so, be aware that your warranty will be voided. Read more about the factors that may affect the discoloration of your jewelry.

 

Guarantee

How long do I have guarantee on my product?
We apply a guarantee period of 10 weeks after the purchase date of the product for serious discoloration of the jewelry and a guarantee period of 6 months after the purchase date of the product for other defects. Here you can read all about the warranty on your jewelry.
