Shipping

We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once we have received your order, we will begin preparing your order. We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business day(s). Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email about this. In this mail there is a track and trace code available so you can follow your order until receipt.

Shipping costs
Netherlands
If you place an order for more than € 40,- you don't have to pay any shipping costs. If you place an order for under €40,-? Then there will be shipping costs added. The shipping costs are €3,95.

Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain and Sweden
When you place an order for over €60,- you don't pay any shipping costs. If you place an order for less than €60,-? Then there will be shipping costs added. The shipping costs are €5,95.

Other EU countries
If you place an order for over €80,- you don't pay any shipping costs. If you place an order for less than €80,-? Then there will be shipping costs added. The shipping costs are €12,95.

Countries we don't ship to
LLEA Jewels doesn't ship to any countries outside of the European Union.

Other EU countries	5-8 working days

*These delivery times are an indication of the shipping time from the moment the order leaves our warehouse until the moment the order is delivered.

Return

Not satisfied with your product? No problem at all! You can return your order within 14 days after receipt of your order. A return form is included with your order on which you can write down the product number and the reason for return. Please note that you can only return your product if it has not been worn, is not damaged and is in the original packaging. In addition, the cost of the return is for the consumer unless there is a manufacturing defect. To read more about this, please visit our guarantee page.

How can I return?
A return form is included with your order. On this return form you can specify your order number, the order date, the name of the product, the quantity and the reason for the return. After completing the return, form you can return the product in original packaging with the return form to the following address.

When returning a product, please make sure that all previously used labels on the package are no longer visible. Once we have received your return shipment, we will process your request.

Please be aware that the costs of returning are for your own account. We recommend adding track & trace to the return, so the order doesn't get lost. If orders without track & trace get lost, you won't get a refund.

Refund
For returns, we will process your return within 14 days of receipt, when the product is received in good order. We have the right to refuse returned products if they have been worn or not sent back within the return period of 14 days.
