Guarantee

Guarantee on jewelry

We apply a guarantee period of 6 months from the date of purchase. If your product is damaged and/or broken within this period, you can make use of the guarantee. Please contact us at info@lleajewels.com and add the following information; order number, full name, photo/video of the damaged product where the product is clearly visible and a brief description of the problem.


If it is determined to be a manufacturing defect we will replace or repair your product at no charge.

If the color of your ordered jewelry is significantly affected in a shorter period than normal (less than 10 weeks after receipt), while you have carefully followed the care tips, you can of course make use of the guarantee. In that case please contact us by mail and explain your situation. We will then ask you to return the jewelry to our office, of course this will be at our expense.

When a product is damaged outside the warranty period, this is not covered by the warranty. Also the loss of products is not covered by the guarantee.


Guarantee on discoloration of jewelry

If the color of your ordered jewelry is significantly affected in a shorter period than normal (less than 10 weeks after receipt), while you have carefully followed the care tips, you can of course make use of the guarantee. In that case please contact us at info@lleajewels.com and explain your situation. We will then ask you to return the jewelry to our office, of course this will be at our expense.

When we have received the jewelry, we will investigate the cause of the discoloration. If this investigation shows that the cause of the discoloration is a manufacturing defect and not related to not following the care tips, you will be given a choice. You can choose to receive the purchase value of the jewelry back in the form of a gift certificate. Of course, you can also choose to have the same piece of jewelry sent to you again, or can choose another piece of jewelry of the same value.

If the investigation shows that the cause of the discoloration is related to careless handling of the jewelry, the customer will not be refunded and the return costs, both to and from, will still be charged. In addition, the cost of the investigation will also be charged to the customer. The cost for this is €12,50.
